Privacy Policy

Lucky Oz Play is built to ask for as little personal information as possible. This page explains exactly what we do and don’t collect.

1. The short version

  • No accounts, no usernames, no passwords.
  • No payments, no payment data.
  • No tracking pixels or ad networks.
  • Age confirmation, virtual coin balances and small preferences are stored only in your browser.
  • We only see your data if you choose to write to us by email or the contact form.

2. What is stored in your browser

We use your browser’s local storage for the following:

  • Your age confirmation (yes/no).
  • Your storage notice choice (accept all / essential only).
  • Your virtual coin balance for each game.
  • The date of your last daily refresh per game.
  • Optional sound or display preferences if you set any.

These values never leave your device. Clearing your browser data removes them. See the Cookie Policy for the exact list of keys.

3. Server-side data

We don’t run a player account system, so we don’t hold a player database. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep short-lived access logs (such as IP address and request path) for security and operational reasons. These are used only to keep the site healthy and to investigate abuse if needed.

4. If you contact us

If you write to us at support@luckyozplay.com or via the contact form, you choose to share your name, email address and the contents of your message with us. We use that information only to reply to you and resolve the issue. We don’t add you to any marketing list.

5. Children

Lucky Oz Play is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has somehow contacted us, please email us so we can delete the message.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We don’t share data with advertisers. We may share information with our hosting and email providers strictly to operate the site, and with authorities if we are required to by Australian law.

7. Your rights

You can clear all of the data we store in your browser at any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings. If you’ve emailed us, you can ask us to delete your message and our reply by writing to support@luckyozplay.com.

8. Changes

We’ll update this page if anything important changes. The “last updated” date below shows when.
